Hmm like I sad it's more Lapland and Mountainous I don't know any information on culture there otherwise I'd try and add or showcase it in a way but sorry I couldn't make it better

Like your idea Norway has fjords which would fit your seaducks Lappland like on the pictures of you'res is on the Northwest of Sweden so it isn't connected to the sea

Or the Gulf of Bothnia correction

You can still have Swedish mountains and Lapland with the Gulf of Bothnia see how Revontuli coast did it it made one third of the map islands and southern coast then central Finland with the lakes and forest and then they had the large open almost tundra like terrain in the top 3rd
