They’re always working on new stuff.
Stop being silly and impatient
Really? Whens the last time they updated the game? What news have we gotten on new additions or fixes coming to The Hunter? When was the last time devs addressed public feedback publicly about bugs or new updates?
In all the streams that jaxi the community manager does every week?
And they literally respond to bug reports in this channel every day?
Why don’t you actually look into stuff before you start screeching bs about the place.
Stop getting hysterical, and silly.
If it's not game breaking they won't issue a hotfix. It's easier and cheaper for them to bundle all the minor fixes into the major updates when dlc releases.

Ah yes the sound being broken for everyone for months now is not game breaking enough apparently, cause you know DLC and money is more important.
It costs money for them to get an update certified and published, at least on the two console platforms. Making a new update every time they find a fix to a bug isn't cost effective.
And no, the sound being broken isn't game breaking, because it's not crashing or destroying your game save. You can still see the animals, and hear the animals, even if the visual sound indicator is borked. At worst, it's a minor inconvenience.
Ok man the more you keep defending a broken game with all kinds of excuses the less you actually deserve to get a fix because there is no incentive for the company to do so. The customers being the ones that do the damage control nowadays is very convenient for companies I must say. Nobody forces them to release a fix for all platforms at the same time, neither is it my problem as a customer that they have to pay for updates on consoles. They where the ones to chose to release the game on those platforms so they are the ones that also have to deal with the negatives that come with that.
It's just about having reasonable expectations. If you expect people to work 24/7 on bug fixes and release patches all the time at their expense, for a niche game with a limited budget, you're setting yourself up for disappointment.
It's not like the developers want their game to have bugs. They do what they can to fix them, according to a schedule that makes business sense for them.
They have different teams and positions.
People who work on camos/paints/colors are mainly designers and can't really contribute to the game's development in terms of bug fixes; that's the job for the rest of the team.
Getting us some nice cosmetics is just a small touch from them to keep the game a bit fresh between the major updates, and we appreciate it (most of us). These small packs take almost zero effort to code into the game for the technical team since it's nothing new.
This confirms my message above, no need to make a fuss about it

Had a similar conversation on another server and remembered having this argument over here. Having researched it, NO you don't have to pay to make updates on console. It just takes a short time to have it certified. The requirement to pay for updates sounds ridiculous and it really was. No wonder both xbox and playstation dropped that around 10 years ago so I really don't know what you're talking about.
Sound has been broken for at least 4 years on consoles. Walk through a bush and that sound gets stuck forever unless you manage to stop it by not moving and trying to move again. If sound persists, stop and start until it goes away. They will never fix this because they don’t care, I’ve been trying to get them to fix it for ages. They just keep saying it’s fixed and there’s no problem
Interesting. Never had that issue on PC but we have the problem of sound direction being completely broken for like half a year now. They actually bothered to add in Dolby Atmos but the absolute most basic functionality of sound working as intended in a game where directionality is very important seems to get persistently ignored. Now that I hear what it's like on console this makes me worried this issue will never get fixed either. Good for them that they care so much about releasing dlc after dlc to make more money from their fanbase but can't be bothered to have the game in a working state. The wonders of capitalism, I love it.
