#skill or perk for finishing all missions

It hit me the other day. A player who enjoys doing the missions and completing everyone of them. The first 3 maps are so detailed in teaching a player how the game works. ( having to use all weapons, hunting nights and days, and harvest animals at a certain time) What if there was a incentive to get players to completing the first 3 maps missions. Everything missions and collectables. Possibly give the player one skill and one perk after completing??
It's like Jaxy explain, u don't want to have a lot more skills and perks than currently giving but just one of each for completing the first 3 maps would not be to much. It's just another way to get players to try different things if they don't do missions now. If they don't like missions, then no harm done. They'll have the current ones, but if they spent the time to complete. A little bonus for doing so.

I kind of think the first 4 maps have the mission depth in common, but you don't think Vurhonga is up to that level?

Anyway, EW have a thing about not forcing people to buy DLCs, so maybe limiting the suggestion to the two starting maps?
