Bring Back Trophies anywhere

I'm not sure why it was removed but it should be brought back as a game feature. It did not affect gameplay and just kept players happy and allowed us to enjoy our lodges. Some trophies look like they should be on most mounts but can't and it is really restrictive when showing our trophies. I can't show off an entire GO red deer lodge because they can only go on a few mounts. I dont along with my friends taxaderm moose anymore cause all my floor mounts are multi mounts and most my wall mounts are already used. Bring it back it wasnt needed for removal.

i love the idea of the trophy lodge showing off my trophies but mine are getting a bit too full and i dont have any more space for stuff like moose elk ect.

Like Cape Buffalo should be able to go on big AND medium wall plack, but not the extra small one 💀 Elk should be able to go on large AND medium stands, not extra small ones on the table 💀

It should still look more realistic, like here in this picture, where it is used right with animals that actually fit the placks they should fit and stands the way it looks right and not childish

Even if they don't make it where you can put any mount on any stand , they could make it where you could buy and place the size stands and mounts where you want to put them , just start with a blank lodge and buy the stand sizes you need and want and be able to place them where you want too.

Already paying to taxidermize! 🙂 let’s not include another unnecessary step of gamification. You bought the lodge to show your trophies, there’s hardly a reason preventing you to place a 3D object wherever you want in those rooms. They don’t need to be testing for collisions or anything complex apart from raising the amount of vertices and textures to process. It would be awesome to have this part of the game fully unlocked for everyone to express themselves creatively as they see fit.

The layton lodge would be so good if it was fully unlocked. It's my favorite interior space out of all the lodges but the restrictions on placement sucks so bad

I do think the mounts need a rework. For example, species should be able to fit on certain plaques in certain poses (like the chamois in this picture).

Plaques can be optional but I agree the current trophy placement is stupidly limited and I wish I could directly talk to EW about a more flexible option

Ontop of that there are some animals that should be able to be placed on some stands that can't as of right now this includes pretty much every wall mount

It's the treated hide on a styrofoam sculpted likeness of the animal.

Even for a large bear the total weight is maybe 200lbs for the absolute largest bear, and plenty of tables can handle that kind of weight.

Even elephant shoulder mounts way less. A replica mount weighs normally 100lbs

I don't think anywhere would be good but in general better customization and leniency on where you can put trophy animals would be great
