Reindeer have this problem this plague I like to call LYNX! Reindeer troll all the time I have 7 trolls no diamonds. The problem is lynx spook reindeer until 6:00 half of their drink time lynx don’t leave until 6:30ish. It ruins the reindeer hunt. Most importantly there is no way around it reindeer are only on medved. So how about your guys over lap lynx with boar or wolf an animal that isn’t exclusive to medved. Better yet just scrap lynx drink time.

Thanks man! It’s all good if it doesn’t get fixed it’s just a pain because they used to be my favorite creatures to hunt but it is just such a pain right now

It's the same way with the Bears. A little Bobcat scares entire zones. It just ruins the experience for me. They need to reduce the range that predators spook if they don't want to remove it. It just sucks going to zones where they are supposed to be and nothing and you traveled all that way. It becomes a walking simulator at some point.

Dude what do you mean it’s literally every single lake they overlap lynx completely. It’s really annoying it’s not even fun to hunt them

I know they overlap drink times but from my experience it’s only an issue on 1 lake and a few random zones every now and then

Well try again because it is literally on every lake respectfully your wrong. Lynx are on every lake. The only way they don’t spook is if they are far away from land like on the big lake or in the ocean part. It’s literally every single lake there zones over lap

Not every map is the same. I just hunted reindeer a couple weeks ago and it wasn’t bad for me

Did you hunt in the drink time? And it’s fine if you wait until 6:45-7:00 but before that it’s impossible unless they are away from shore

Reindeer herd management (not grinding) is a misery because of the lynx. Even after 6:30 the lynx rest around the lakes so you end up spooking them to run into your drinking herds. After getting my first diamond, I just can't be bothered continuing with the reindeer hunts anymore. It's not worth the effort.
I'd like to see their home range reduced to one half of the map (either left or right), drink times changed to earlier or the afternoon but they don't trigger large animals like moose.
