I think everyone on Console would love the ability to choose what server you want. Being able to join a certain multiplayer on console, rather than a random server. This would be great as adding more ways people could play, and having a friend just pick your server, rather than sending 12 invites for it to work.

This has been asked and covered a million times. Short answer from the devs is that the engine is not built for MP so it will never happen. They need to make MP more stable for console anyway.
Originally, as an Xbox player, I thought it would be nice to play cross-platform but PC has so many modder cheats that it's good to know that when I can get on to MP that the host maps are unlikely to be corrupted.

You can choose servers on Playstation. It’s only Xbox players that can’t. I don’t know the reason why, though.

I’m an Xbox player myself yet I only ever play with my close friends
But this feature would be nice for all my fellow Xbox players
