data gone

Just bought this game last week have been streaming it and all of a sudden I launched the game today and it’s telling me that I have to create a new character. For some reason. All of my saved data is gone but on the cloud it shows that there saved information I do not know how to get it back and I do not know how to revert the problem.

hi something similar happened to me but when i entered i had no progress anymore and i have next evidence to prove it such as my hours in dlcs game that i bought but i don't have any pictures of my items can someone help me take me back
