#Make the lion a class 7

Compared to the other predators, I see absolutely no reason to have the lion be class 9. Lions weigh around 400-500 pounds.

The minimum I could find was from Zimbabwe, where the minimum is 4300 Joules or 7mm in diameter.

Other countries in Africa make the 375 the minimum. As well, lion hunters consider the 365 as the best rifle to use with the 416 being the absolute maximum.

Thus, with the Zimbabwe requirements in mind, I think that lions should be put in class 7 with the bears. This makes sense given the weight of the animal and what's actually used for lion hunting irl.

I'd also put the mule deer in class 4 with the whitetail as they weigh about the same.

Maybe in 1920 they were worthy of class 7,The Rest of Zimbabwe’s hunting laws are really wacky they should not be the benchmark,South Africa,Botswana and Namibia should be because they are most likely to be the influence for vurhonga, .416 is the recommended with .375 being the minimum.Mule Deer weigh nearly 200 pounds on whitetail what the hell are you smoking son😂😂😂

You do realize how dangerous lion hunts are right??? To get the absolute most power out of your firearm,to get the animal down faster you have to get within 100/80 meters.

Even outfitters in Zimbabwe and Zambia have been known to recommended 375 or 416 for lion

Yeah everywhere I've seen says the 375 and equal calibers are best

I dont disagree with you that lions should be lower class bc they are not 9tier due to hide/fur thickness however is still a large and dangerous cat. I would class them in 8 with Grizzlies Brown bear, and Moose over a 7 class. Leopards and jags to me fall in 7.

Nile/Salt crocs & Tigers are the only Predators I consider 9 tier 1. Tigers are the largest cat in the world, 2. These crocs have really thick leather hides and are amphibious. Hippos would also fall in 9 due to hide, aggression, amphibious, & quite quick on land.

However that is my opinion on the subject. But for the sake of argument Tigers & Lions should remain as 9 Tier predators for the sake of predator class balancing.
