Maybe an option for a hunger and thirst bar. I wanna kill and eat my food and have to collect my water.

I wish this game was more indepth that way. Or at least have to buy drink/food from the store. The more you sprint around rather than walk, the more energy/food meter you use. & ATV conserves energy.
Would be neat if clothing mattered more too. Cold climate you have to switch to heavier, hot climate you have to switch to lighter clothing.

We are in a Reserve,with roads in and out…I’m fairly certain we didn’t leave our house without Food and Waer in our stomach.

Plenty of other hunting games that implemented cold/hot stamina & hunger that weren't considered 'survival' games unless y'all are commenting on what op posted originally. Also, I always pack food & water when I go hunting irl..

But I do agree, if you want to eat what you kill just play RDR or Ark.

I know a lot of those older Cabela's games had survival elements to an extent, but eating venison was not a feature I recall, and then there is Open Country, a game that has a lot of survival elements, hunting and fishing, and was extremely buggy

Yes... that is why I gave a critique saying purchasing food would make more sense rather than eating what you kill.🤦‍♀️
