Hi, is possible to move my achievements, level, skills from epic to steam account?

On PC the game is saved locally in the Avalanche Studios folder in Documents, as long as you keep that folder with its contents there you will keep your save..
Just make sure to deactivate the steam cloud save before starting the game, once inside the game and making sure that your game is running, activate the cloud save again..
Just in case, make and keep a copy of the Avalanche folder to prevent it from being lost or replaced with a new one.
Also make sure to make a copy at least once a week or every 3 days to never lose your progress, the Steam cloud loves to break saved games
