Have not played the game since alpha. Notice on steam when I hit lunch cloud save is enabled just to lunch the game. I have cloud save disabled and the game seems to force it. fixed it already, My documents folder was located on another drive on my PC and not the main C: drive had to set my documents folder to default location for the game to work.
also tested see if the game needs to be installed on the local drive that is also requirement so if anyone has a deicated HDD or SSD for games they'll have to have it on the local drive
