#My Character has been deleted any help?

I haven't played COTW since late 2021 or early 2022, and i installed it today again.
I lunch is and im greeted with crash report then i go on , got to menu just to see my continue and multiplyer button being gray, and thats when i relized my Character has been deleted, can someone help?

can you sign into your ew account or if you use steam, psn, xbox, epic. Reinstall from whatever you use and make sure you are signed into your account.
