It should read "Lie Down" instead of "Lay Down."
"Lay" is the past tense of "lie." It's comparable to the "Sit" option saying "Sat." The word should be in the present tense when in the imperative mood, such as giving a command.

If they change the game so that the "Lay Down" option makes the player character physically pick up the dog and place it where they want it then sure, I'll accept it as proper grammar. 😛 Barring that, though, it should "Lie."

I think you have a good point. I feel in this instance "lie" is more correct than "lay", but I am not a linguistic authority. I wish I could offer the adamant authority, but unfortunately I can only say I believe you are correct..
