I am unable to complete this mission. I visited all of the sites, and of the 11 mission objectives, only two are marked as complete.

It's been a year and a half since this problem started. The developer also responded by saying, "We are aware of this issue and will investigate and address it." When will we hear the good news?
If it's impossible to fix just that, please tell me how to reset all missions in New England. I don't want to do it halfway, so I want to start over from the beginning.
