massive glitch since the latest update

Hi I'll post a photo once I figure out how to see my past kills but I got a diamond roe deer with a score of 9999 witch I don't think is possible and it walked up to me and stood there if anyone knows what happened or how to report it please let me know and also if someone can tell me how to see my past kills that would be amazing
