#tobii Eyetracker seems a bit broken

I can confirm this. Head tracking is not working at all now. In fairness, tobii support has been broken in many ways for along time (since Cuatro Colinas was released), but this is pretty major.

I was able to get it to work thanks to EW Support, who pointed out this: https://help.tobii.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408130344337-Head-tracking-is-no-longer-working-for-those-using-Tobii-Core
so you did what to fix it? Is this only a solution for the 4th gen of tobii?
I have a Tobii 4C, and yes, it did fix it. I had to uninstall all the Tobii software I had on my system, then install the software at the link above. However, after that I had to go to the Microsoft Store and then install the Tobii Experience software from there. For some reason, you have to have both the one from the Tobii website and the MS Store to make it work. But at least it works.
I believe it is similar if not identical for Tobii 5 but I don't have one to know for sure
