I got a MELANISTIC plains bison, and I was wondering if I could taxidermy it after I harvested it.

Sadly no, you can only taxidermy it if it was the last animal you shot, a saved harvest or inn the harvest screen. That sucks man

Ok check in the trophy lodge in saved harvests, you'll either see your mela or not
