This is a thread for suggesting and discussing potential new rare fur variations for existing animal species in the game. Images will be included alongside each animal listed.

Albino Black Bear:
Yes, these are extremely rare, but they do exist in real life. These would be the rarest Black Bear fur variation in the game by far, as these are much rarer than cinnamon, brown and blonde Black Bears. They would have an extremely low chance of spawning in the game.

Leucistic Mountain Lion/Puma:
Leucistic Mountain Lions are very rare in real life, but unlike the melanistic Mountain Lion we have in game, the leucistic variation is an actual real animal that has been documented in real life, including photographic evidence. If added to the game, they would be about as rare as an albino mountain lion is currently in the game. They have very little pigment but aren't completely devoid of pigment the way an albino would be.

Leucistic Moose:
Leucistic Moose are very well-documented and are usually a cream or white color. This would probably be comparable to the rarity of other rare moose variations in the game.

Cross Red Fox:
Cross Foxes are a special variant of Red Fox that is partially melanistic, rather than being fully melanistic like the Silver Fox. Cross Foxes wouldn't be as rare as other rare fox variations in the game, but would still be quite hard to find in the game.

These are just some examples. If you know of other rare animal variations that exist in real life but aren't in the game currently, feel free to mention them in the thread below.

We don't have leucistic for several species. I would like to see an Elk leucistic in game. Here's a Pic of an leucistic Elk and I believe a Blacktail. Not fully sure on the deer.

I just looked it up and you're right, it looks amazing. I would guess that they're probably extremely rare though because there does not seem to be many pictures of them online. Arguably some of the Great One variations for the Black Bear could technically be caused by piebaldism, but having an actual rare variation that is called "piebald", that any black bear can have, would genuinely be one of the coolest things in this game. It would make me legitimately make me consider doing a Black Bear grind (and I hate nonstop grinding the same species in this game, especially for animals like bears.).
