implementing a way to turn off the whole hud

I think it would help out consoles a lot if this was implemented. It would make taking pictures a lot more convenient since the camera doesn't save to a gallery on the console.

I added the photo from a bug I experienced and that's what gave me the idea.

i find that if you're on the console then you should have the ability to turn off the camera use, bc it gets in the way when spotting animals and its basically useless when it doesnt even save the pictures you take. I know there are missions where you need to take pictures but that could be the only circumstance where console players can use them
