Hi, sometime ago I unninstalled the game and today when i reinstalled it my progress is all gone.

I'm sorry to hear you lost your progress.
Please note that all your data is only saved locally on your PC, as cloud saves on Epic Games are currently not supported. Therefore, it is not possible to restore your progress without a manual backup of your save files created before uninstalling the game.
