I would test your NAT port and make sure it reads "open". If it reads "moderate", you'll have to configure your router. You can test the NAT port in your settings on your xbox. I'm on PC...but used to be on Xbox, and this is a known issue if not able to play MP for games.

@dry geyserthanks,it says strict...i have called my internet service provider and they say they cant change it,they said its not possible with their wifi😭
