Not a programmer, no real insight to how feasible this suggestion is but..
I have yearnings for a few aspects I would love to see in this game.
-For one, I wish I could see more of my own character, seeing my own equipment, other than the glimpse of 3rd person cam while on my ATV and when I get myself killed..
-I wish there would be more camera freedom to enjoy the fantastic scenery..
-I wish I could record things in this game without recording all the waiting and absolutely everything..
How about implementing the option to rewind and replay the previous 30 seconds of events and view this time with a free flying camera/toggling various cinematic modes (hereby offering the option to record something that just happened)..
I immediately see that this could never work with multiplayer and this would disturb the game clock, and maybe many other things I'm not thinking about, but if it was possible I think it would be a fantastic quality of life-improving tool.
Anyone else might be interested in something like this?
