Hello,

Recently I bought my girlfriend COTW on steam. I own it on epic games. I, for whatever reason, can’t join multiplayer games. She, on the other hand, can join multiplayer games with no issues. We can’t connect with each other. I’ve tried everything that there is online and have had no fix.

Is there something I’m doing wrong?

Also, I did make a support ticket online. I did everything they suggested, no luck. When I try to join a server I get this message: “The host that you attempted to connect with is no longer present”.

Are you on console?

Because if your on old gen and he’s on new gen you probably can’t join him or flipped flopped

I’m just going to buy on steam tbh. If it doesn’t work then I’ll just refund.
