Add more penetration to 300 and 388

I started doing a red deer grind and I've been using the tsuruigi 388 for killing stags quickly and I noticed that you can only drop them when they're broadside but most of my shots aren't broadside so I honestly think they the need to buff it so it could get double lung on moose as well.
