I quick look online seems to indicate they are off-limits too hunting across their range despite their ICUN Status as being "Least Concern", though they are also a Appendix I species within the The CITES Appendices, I do recall a lot of native mammals being off limits to hunting in Argentina depending on what part your in, and even the species that can be hunted have some conditions around it, for example the Patagonian Mara can only be hunted in 3 of the 11 provinces in Argentina and only by the landowner (hunting Patagonian Mara is banned in the other 8 provinces the large rodents call home).

According to Argentine law, Parque Fernando would be classified as a Private Hunting Reserve (Coto de Caza), in these reserves it is not allowed to hunt native species unless they are registered in the provincial hunting law as a Game Specie.
The only feline registered as a Game Specie in Argentina is the Puma

I believe that the only species that could be added to Parque Fernando would be the American Beavers. They were introduced in 1946 in the extreme south of Argentine Patagonia with the aim of developing a fur industry, but since they did not have natural predators or endemic diseases, they multiplied without control. and destroy the entire ecosystem.
In fact, they would go perfectly with the eastern area of the map where there are downed and dead trees.
