I live here, and it’s a beautiful place. Thought a reserve would be nice.

Species:

Whitetail deer (we have too many of them)
Black bear
Grey partridge
Duck (there are so many species I don’t know what to pick)
Mountain lion
Moose (rare)
Turkey
Gray wolf
Red fox
Coyote

What do you think?

Doesn’t matter. Whitetail are used in Layton, rev, rancho, moose in Layton, rev, Yukon, and medved, so on and so forth

I should also mention Canada Goose being in the reserve. Can’t edit for some reason

I Feel Like Another Species Ti Add Could Be Ruffed Grouse, American Woodcock, Maybe Sharptailed Grouse (Although They’re Uncommon) And Definitely A Ton Of Ducks (Redhead, Canvasback, Woodies, Blue-Winged Teal, American Wigeon) And Geese (Snow Goose, Maybe Ross’s Geese, Cackling Geese).

Well I don’t see many different species of ducks around here, but I’ll look those up and maybe I’ll recognize them

As Far As I Know All Of Those Waterfowl Species Are Migratory, Meaning They Just Pass Through.

I think I'd remove moose and mountain lion for wild hog, from my understanding they're a little more common (although they shouldn't exist). Also would like more upland birds compared to waterfowl but that's my taste. Set in the late fall with occasional snow and imo it'd be great.

Never saw or heard of a hog up here, but ive saw moose droppings and a picture of a cougar up in a tree, taken about a mile away from me

I agree,feral hogs are making their way to Canada and that needs to be brought to the public’s eye,these Canadians think they are safe from the swine.

I may stand corrected then, just imo we need a North American woodlands map with out moose for once or any woodland whitetail map without moose for that matter. I’m from PA and I think there could be opportunity in that.

I said nothing about you being Canadian and YES you guy’s do have feral hogs,just because you haven’t seen any doesn’t mean there aren’t.You do realize Upper Michigan (where you live) borders Canada

I do know that it borders Canada, but only through Sault Ste. Marie and the surrounding areas, and even then, the hogs would have to swim. And the problem must not be too big if I have never seen or heard of one

If I Am Being 100% Honest, We Really Do Not Need Any More North America Maps Minus A Northern Canada Map, And We Especially Don’t Need Pennsylvania Which Would Literally Just Be New England Mountains, But Instead Of Moose It Would Be Rocky Mountain Elk.

Oh I looked it up, there are about 500 , but the elk went pretty much extinct in the 1800s (in the UP of course)

Pretty Much Every Herd Of Elk In The Eastern US Now Are Herds That Were Transplanted From The Rockies. A Herd Of Manitoba Elk Were Also Transplanted To Tennessee.
