We are aware of the issue with the mission “Make a Difference” and we are working towards resolving it internally. You can see other problems we are working on in the known issues list: https://callofthewild.thehunter.com/known-issues-list/

In the meantime, we can recommend trying the workaround explained in this thread: #1121821951984410644

I had the same issue .. found out that I missed pulling up one of the plants. The Game Showed me as finished. After going back and checking .. I would pull up the plant and still was bugged .. I Verified integrity of game files in Steam .. and changed Maps a few times.. When I logged back in I was able to click on the missed plant and finish the Mission.
