Crashing game

so im struggling with my theHunter COTW constantly crashing and blackscreening and i feel like i tried everything possible to fix it but it doesnt work and now i find in the crash report this note but i dont know what does it mean bc my graphic card is fine and other games dont have sucha problem

Do you happen to have a console controller plugged in?

Sometimes that doesn't play well with the game and causes big crashes

That's just about the only other thing I can think of -

I used to but now I am moved so no controller plugged, only micro jacks to speakers and microphone and USB cable to my screen - it allows me to plug mouse and keyboard to the screen USB not PC one
