Okay I have been thinking about this for a while, who else hates having to walk around large lakes or other body’s of water when hunting, traveling, or finding a recently shot animal? Like if I’m duck hunting and I snipe it over a big lake I don’t want to search all around the water to find my harvest when instead I can just swim to it and get it easy as that.

I have had to cross small rivers on several occasions while hunting, although the water only reached my chest and I kept my things above my head so they wouldn't get wet, the mud and leeches are not a good experience. don't do it xD
It is not recommended to swim in bodies of water in hunting environments where animals drink, there are at least 2 forms of giardiasis that are not fun :/

I do agree with this but with all the equipment we would drown
