I purchased 2 DLCs and they are not showing up in my steam library or game. Any knowledge to fix this?

I have no mods I just downloaded the game

1 is the ambusher pack and the other one is wild goose chase I have tried to reset my files and everything and after I reset the files my game on steam says my cloud isn’t synced for call of the wild. I’ve searched videos and everything and I can’t figure it out.
