Ok so I think heards/populations should be increased for every map and be fair ofc but like for example in africa wilderbeast and Buffalo travel in more than 12+ but ofc it doesn't seem balanced to add that much I fo think heards in this game should be changed bc its kinda boring with the amount there is rn

Absolutely,and specific species need to be more wide spead,many maps feel so empty.

Off the top of my head I can think of the lack of animals in the Dzonga (vurhonga),Arid area on EC,should be full of axis deer,Western SRP,Southeastern Yukon.

I mean, I agree. But, the reason they haven't is the same reason the render distance is 420m - performance. You'll find lag beginning to occur with changes like that and old systems especially will be unfairly left behind

Previously the wildebeest herds contained 30-50 individuals, but this was changed to the current numbers as the animals were redistributed around their Habitat Zone to fill the entire map while increasing the total number of animals..
Everything It was done to reduce the low FPS in some areas, although it may not seem realistic, it was a practical solution.

Populations were actually reduced on some maps due to high performance inpact.

Vurhonga in particular had it bad in some areas.

There's no magic fix for "making things work" on older systems either.
