Encountered it on Banteng, Sambar and Javan Rusa.
Weight and tracking distance for all animals in the game shows as 0.
Playing the current Version on Steam with no mods or changes.
All drivers are up to date. Files verified on Steam.

Another player has recently reported a nearly identical case to us and we confirmed with them that deleting Emerald Coast population files has repopulated their reserve with correct animal data. Please temporarily disable Steam Cloud for CotW and try deleting 'animal_population_16' from your saves directory and every folder in slots. Here's the directory path for the Steam release:
C:\Users%YourWindowsUser%\Documents\Avalanche Studios\COTW\Saves%YourSteamID%\
