I Just Go With The General “Black Bear” Since There’s Unfortunately No Subspecies In Game. It’s Be Really Nice If There Were. Something Like “Eastern Black Bear” On New England, “Louisiana Black Bear” On Mississippi, “Olympic Black Bear” On Layton, Etc.

This Is What This Map Could Look Like. The Light Green Represents The Lowland Scrub, The Dark Green Represents The Deciduous And Coniferous Forests, And The Brown Represents The Swamplands.

I went and tried to figure out if the Mule Deer would actually fit on this map. There are some reports of them in Minnesota, but they seem to be so scarce in the state that it might be a good idea to change them to be a rare species on the map (or just omit them entirely).

It also seems that the very few elk in Minnesota are the same ones that are found north of the Canadian border in Manitoba, meaning that the accurate subspecies on this map would probably be the Manitoban Elk, technically a new species.
