Increase max Level to 100 and more skill/perk points

Increase max Level to 100 and more skill/perk pointss to help add some further progression to add more end game for long time players.

That or maybe they could add some new Perks and SKills. It would also be nice if you could pick what you wanted and not have to follow a tree where you get some that are useless.

They could add additional perks and skills. I could think of a dozen just off the top of my head.
