as the title suggests it'd be nice if there was a role specifically for pinging for the streams personally i dont watch the streams so i get rather annoyed when there are multiple pings every few days

no i mean like to ping people who want to watch the streams. i dont much care to watch streams but i like to know the news about the games and seeing pings gives me false excitement that its a news post but turns out to be a stream

I'm not sure if there is a setting in there that might help divide what you're after if you can see it -
I don't think you can divide the announcements of stream from general news updates
but, I might not be seeing it - so I would say peep the options and see what you see

hm i do see that but im not sure if it will prevent the everyone ping from going out for me if i hide the stream channels

ill give it a try and wait a few days and see if i get any pings! otherwise it might still be a good idea to give people a role specifically for watching streams so you guys dont have to @ everyone for streams
