As we all know, sadly cotw is getting scarily close to the decline while yes it has a steady player base there’s only so many map we can have, therefore this is my (Potential) plan for the future! unfortunately, yet also fortunately CoTw life span was spent mostly on bettering the models and figuring out how exactly to build a hunting game, teaching the EW how to make a real life animal and put it into a virtual world, this time around however they aren’t new to the game, they are seasoned veterans. They know what we’re good ideas and what weren’t.With that I think the first maps should be…
•Idaho Map
(will go into further detail on animal species in the comments as this is going to be a long suggestion)
the place where a hunter learns to be a hunter where the Rocky Mountain Elk roam and the Bighorn Sheep’s climb the tall snow capped peaks! There’s no better place to learn to hunt!
•Swis Alps
A rough and Tumble (literally) place to hunt and get a grip on this beautiful mountain terrain! With Alpine Ibex and Chamois on the tall peaks, watch your step! As these beautiful peaks can reach up to 13,000 feet tall! In the rolling hills there’s beautiful fields where Red Deer and Fallow Deer Graze! Are you ready to brave the Alps?

When you go to your first outpost, you’ll go inside and on the table of the Beautiful Idaho map you’ll find a beautiful Model7 7mm-08 and on the Alps Reserve you’ll find a beautiful Tikka T3x chambered in 30-06!
The Weapon Paint system would work relatively the same.

This game isn't anywhere near dead yet, there's a few hundred species of plains game in Africa that haven't been given a chance

Once the game is pretty much finished, because I enjoy this game and franchise. It has encouraged me to enjoy the wilderness more, take your time bathing in the wonderful outdoors.

I wouldn't say as anyone knows, much less as we all do.

Jaxy himself has stated that there is plenty of things they intend to do with the game before closing it out.

I can get the stance of "things I wanna see" though. I just think it's incorrect to label it as basically dead and dying

This is merely what I’d like to see when that sad day comes.

and realistically, the logos take up a huge amount of space, but the maps themselves dont eat up lots of physical territory - i.e. MAP is contained within Mississippi - thats just one state in size, and not a huge one at that

#

but the logo encompasses like.. 3 states

#

and yes, there are more places than NA to hunt, but also NA offers a massive variety of places

#

if they Truuuuly wanted to milk it, I think NA could cover at least 8 more maps before it got like.. super ridiculous you know?

#

and NA to me is inclusive of Canada

#

that said, if they resized logos to be more apropos in size, we could fit like 4 more africa maps, probably 4 more in the medved region

#

and a handful more to be scattered through EUW

🍿🍿🍿 don't mind me jus reading this and bc im nosey

Hahaha!

latent sapphire

nosey is good haha, we can get discussion rolling

#

I really would like to see other EU maps though, at least as many as NA

that'd be cool, but also a huge undertaking haha

#

Yea but at least they won't have to give another update for a longer time

#

Plus it will make em more money also I really hope there isn't a call of the wild 2 bc that would mean all my hrs and money would be gone

They could add 4 more maps in Canada alone. Hopefully they do lol.

There is so much they could add they barely scratched the surface with the stuff they got now

So NA has 6 maps, europe has 4 ( i think), Australia has two (if you count Te as part of it), Africa has one

Yes, there's gonna be overlap with similar animals existing in multiple areas ( NA ) But I still want to see at least six maps for each area that we can have. At the end of the day this is a video game and they are free to take liberties with locations and circumstances to allow hunting in that area. (I.E. they could absolutely do another map in South America, say Brazil or Argentina, with several returning species alongside the newest ones and use things like overpopulation and restocking efforts to make hunting a viable control method for populations)

Africa alone has the potential to have six maps that vary wildly in terrain and vegetation that would make hunting similar animals a pure pleasure. Any new maps could also bring the possibility to fix issue with older ones. My own post for fixing older maps #1144926577835122688 only has a couple things suggested as far as what they could do to modernize older maps, and honestly if they went back and made some maps nicer it wouldn't hurt anything at all

I admit that it's different but i can't hope for 6 NZ maps so yeah
