There's some things I would have you check to verify if you were able to get it, and if you in fact did receive the pack
Primarily, go through these 4 steps:
- 1: Click Apex in in game Menu
- 2: Verify you have a FULL Apex account and that it is listed as being ONLINE
- 3: Go to a in game cache and check your purchased inventory and try to customize a weapon
- 4: Check to see if the circled colors exist in your cosmetic inventory
If the icons for them look as they do on my screenshot, congrats! You own them 🙂
You still, unfortunately, will need to pay in game currency to apply them to your weapons

Man.. that's really weird that it didn't give the cosmetics to you.
I would file a ticket, to be honest, and see what they say

It's odd that you didn't receive the pack if you entered the game during the collection time

In the least they can give you better support than me suggesting you double check the things I showed you
And can probably answer if they will re-release in the future
