I think it would be fun to see these things added to normal maps on like holidays and stuff. like Halloween add a wherewolf, spring add a jackolope Christmas ad Rudolf. Making it little easter eggs but staying true to the irl hunting experience. And add a new person who travels around the world looking for these creature giving you special dialogue to hunt for them.
