need help, can't log in to my apex connect account. Here's my situation, I have played cotw on my gaming laptop for awhile now, got about 20 diamonds, and uninstalled bc I hadn't played in awhile and needed space. I just got a tower pc and installed cotw and now I cant log in, it just says something like "apex connect account linked to another email, please delete this account" I have 2 xbox accounts, and I'm using the right email and have tried unlinking and relinking my account but that didn't work. I did log on to my apex connect account on my alt xbox account but my progress wasn't there, thats when I unlinked and waited 24 hours.

Apex connect does not interact with your save game in any way
So you need not worry about losing progress
well my game doesn't have my progress, it just says new game

Uninstalled bc I needed space, got a new pc tried installing. Got on with my Microsoft account I previously used and couldn't connect with apex connect and when I clicked skip it didn't say continue just new game

Don't have gamepass just bought the game on xbox game store
Okay, you may want to reach out to support for them regarding game progress not transferring over
How do I do that?
Look up a support email or similar for Xbox, give them as much relevant info as you can
