Tents disappearing

For the 3rd time all of my tents on dlc maps have disappeared😒. I had 2 tents in my inventory and now I have 168. I don’t know why it keeps happening but it’s super demotivating. Like I rarely play the game anymore and I come back to play for a little and all my tents are gone
