Codex hunting profile

The game doesn't always save kills as a stat, I've noticed it happen for some golds while grinding moose but can show it with the great one not being recorded

Can't say I keep a particularly close eye on the numbers these days, but I've certainly had this happen before too.
When I first started playing the game back in December, I was stoked to get my first gold, but the hunting profile still showed 0 afterwards.

Seems to be working fine since then, but like I said, I don't exactly stare at the numbers so it's possible it could be happening regularly.

I didn't realize until i got the great one, but now that I started paying a little attention I noticed it happens quite a bit

can also say that this happens to me too. i have screenshots of my profile and this morning when I harvested 6 diamonds it's only showing four.

This thread made me count and I noticed I have 68 diamonds in my lodge and only 64 in my codex 🤔

Did you restart at some point? If so, the extra 4 might be from your previous game

Heard it said that if you QTD suddenly without the game having a chance to save your profile that it could happen. At the time my profile recorded 16 diamonds but I actually had 20. When I logged in earlier today my profile was updated lol so now I'm even less confident in the data haha

There have been cases where some species where not scoring properly and therefore registered wrong. It's been awhile, however, since that happened.
