As many of us know,Texas and the south have a massive Hog problem but not many of us know about the Werewolf effect hog go through upon being released into the wild, within 6 months of escaping/being released into the wild,Wild Hogs grow Thick Black Fur,grow Impressive Tusks,And become far more aggressive than their farmyard counterparts and they never revert back.So I suggest, make the Wild Hog Population smaller and add more Wild Boar (also Wild Boar Remodel and Trusize)

I think your a little confused here, Wild Boar and Feral Hogs are not the same animal, Wild boar are a naturally occurring species in Europe while the wild hogs or feral hogs are direct descendants from domestic pigs being released into the wild. So, cotw has done fine with adding those wild hogs to the Mississippi map because as you said they have a large population and are a big nuisance. I do agree that the wild hogs on Mississippi aren’t the most realistic looking to the real life versions of them, but it’s close enough for me.

They may end up looking like a European Boar after a few generations but that does not mean they are the same

Plus part of the reason a good number of feral pigs look like Eurasian wild boar is due to hybridization (intentional or not) with wild boar imported from Germany or Russia

Adding Wild Boar to Mississippi wouldn’t accomplish much when we have Feral Hogs already

Also some taxonomist, including the American Society of Mammalogist consider Domestic (and Feral) Pigs a different species from Wild Boar (hence why you might see Sus domesticus being used for Domestic Pigs)

Well then I suggest making the Darker Feral Pig Much more stocky, much shaggier hair and overall aggression increased.
