A colleague has a problem with the sound in the game.
When he appears in any reservation, after a while he starts playing loudly jingle from the intro game.
It scares the animals and the game is unplayable.
We've already tried reinstalling the game, starting a new game, reinstalling and updating the sound card drivers.
Unfortunately, so far nothing has helped to solve this problem.
The game is installed via Steam and OS - Win.11 64bit.

Weird. Whatever music is playing, it should not be affecting the animals in any way. The quickest way to get this looked into is to have them turn in a Bug report—through the support portal—along with their save file.

Just uhhh curious.. Did your friend perhaps have steam overlay running in the background?
