Bloodhound won't heel or track when given commands. He just stands there. The only time hound moves is when getting out of proximity. I have 2 and tried both of them with same results. Tried logging in and out and no change

What platform? Single player or multi? I'm on PC single player. Sitting on Silver Ridge right now with my dog sniffing around my feet. He tracked Mule deer no problem. He did take awhile to join me from the outpost when I first started traveling, but he's been fine since then.
