Since the call has been heard by our wonderful Devs to keep up the traditional more crazy, fun seasonal skins as well as classic ones, I've changed the title of this thread so it can be used as an appreciation space if anyone wants to post their 'creations'.

Since we dont have a chatroom yet, and since i wanna bump this, here are some tips for camos that work great for Vurhonga and EC.

Free Camos:
Midsummer Spotted Camo
New England Bark Spray - Free DLC
New England Scale Spray - Free DLC
Hirsch Spur Camo - Free DLC (works eh)

DLC Camos:
Rancho Camo
Vurhonga Camo
Yukon Camo
Hirsch Bark Camo
Hirsch Aspen Spray (Works weirdly well)

Here is the Hirsch Bark Camo on the .470 for example

The Easter chrome works excellent on a few rifles like the .44 and .30-.06 with the right combination, but also the .22H

Only issue for the .22H is that the sights remain in the original material/color, which is a bit annoying

The Longbow is great tough, use the dark plank material that comes with the hirschfelden pack, that i use on the revolver as the main material on it, trust me.

Ngl this would work and I would love it I wouldn't mind more Holiday themed cosmetics for weapons and tents

Since Halloween is the closest holiday colors like purple black orange and green should work for a cosmetic pack like that

I think it would be great to get a Birch Wood material too. Birch makes for great rifle stocks, I actually have a .22 caliber rifle with a birch wood stock and it's really great. I'd love to be able to have something similar in COTW. We really just need more wood options in general, the ones we have are great but I think we really need a few more.

Great to hear @solemn yoke talk about the skins in stream today. They're not just fun, they're also very useful. Colour coding my guns makes it much easier to quickly switch between weapons for specific animal classes. All my class 9 barrels are metallic black, classes 1-2 are metallic tan (goldish colour) and all barrels in between are metallic green. Lever actions are metallic rust and bows are metallic blue. All I need now is a metallic red for shotgun barrels.
Christmas DLC, I'm thinking... wink wink nudge nudge. 😉 😉 ☝️ ☝️ 😂

I was feeling the same way about a couple of them too but I ended up colour coding all my barrels with all the metal skins so none got spared. I have kept some of the original handles though.

I'm spending more time customizing weapons for display in the lodge than ever. I'd love if they added an Access Cache inside the Lodges so you don't have to exit to a map, customize, then go back into the lodge to see how it looks. They're always different than on the Customization Screen.
