Make the DLC you purchase have an in-game cost just like the rest of the gear in game. I bought all the DLC so I can have more to work towards, not to just cheat my way through. Either add prices to everything, or at the very least make it a toggle. It just feels kinda like I wasted real money, because I hate having the free stuff, but my only option really is just to uninstall everything I bought.

I agree, but the best we can hope for is a toggle. I do understand the “I bought it, so I should be able to use it” argument, but it does feel like Pay to Win in a way. (I think there should be weapon skill requirements as well, at least optionally.) One way to simulate a need to pay is to set the prices you think are reasonable, then taxidermy some does of equivalent value, then delete them; after that, you can use the weapon or item.
