#Hunt Club keeps crashing and freezing

This issue has been going on for months now. I submitted a ticket to support but the response seemed auto-generated and didn't correlate with the problem. I replied but the follow up response made even less sense so I gave up.

The Hunt Club seems to randomly freeze for several unrelated reasons so it's hard to explain why it happens.

But the result is always the same. Once the HC freezes/locks the eligible harvests most often no longer count toward the challenges. In the attached image, I have completed both the daily tasks but I cannot access the Weekly task which I've only gained one of twelve points for.

I can sometimes unfreeze the HC by exiting the game and doing an Xbox force quit. This fix is not working on this occasion. It's frustrating because I put a lot of time and planning into hunts but they count for nothing.

Some reasons that sometimes cause the HC panel to lock:

  1. Changing maps
  2. Completing daily tasks locks the weekly task
  3. Completing the weekly task locks the daily tasks
  4. No idea, just locks randomly

  1. For me, Hunt Club runs for three full days from Friday 10am to Monday 10am. I'm assuming this is different in other time zones.
  2. I'm not the only one with this issue. I've seen people report this issue in this Discord and mention it on Jaxy's Tuesday stream.
  3. Perhaps Weekly needs to be changed to Weekend as I've seen people confused by this and expect the Hunt Club to run all week.

This is today's Hunt Club. I've completed the 2 daily tasks but can't access the Weekly rewards because the HC panel is frozen.

Exiting the game and doing a force quit sometimes unfreezes it but it did not work this time.

I may do a cache reset on the console but I'm feeling like giving up on HC this weekend.

Usually the HC panel just freezes completely but in this clip you can see that I am able to click around with the HC tabs but no mission content is appearing. The HC event is still active but I cannot see the challenges or claim any rewards earned.
I've done several force quits and cleared the console's cache but to no avail.

thats one hell of a weird issue i must say, it's prolly something to do with your account? try re downloading the game although i doubt thatll fix it
