The game crashes on Xbox single player, mentioned the other day, still happening!!

When and how does it crash?
Does it crash before the main menu or when you try to load your game on a reserve?

It crashes when in game, it seems to do it when I’m putting the rifle scope up or down.. it’s not my connection I play other game for hours with no issues.

It’s crashed when aiming the rifle yes, or binoculars and couple times when running and using binoculars, might not to related to the crash, but my daughter is on Xbox and had crashes too.

what do you mean putting the rifle scope up or down ?

I mean when aiming the rifle, when the rifle goes into aim animation and scope comes into view and when I stop aiming the rifle.

Ok the good news is you don't have save corruption related crashes.
Before you contact support via #📜︴support you should uninstall and reinstall the game.

That’s good news indeed, it had crossed my mind about save related crashes I know it was on another platform, but still I was a bit worried. I’m playing on it at the moment and so far it’s behaving as it should be, so fingers crossed… if it continues I’ll uninstall and reinstall… thanks for the help.

@pine pendant mine didn’t need reinstalling, I emptied my cache and reset router, it got better after that, but could be just fixed itself
