New Upland Bird Backfills

Inspired by https://discord.com/channels/393040947006406657/1108959467481083904 there’s quite a few Birds I’d like to see added to other maps that without a new map to coincide with the bird which may be controversial such as another NA map to go with the many upland birds.So,The Animal list will be as follows

•Med Ved-Willow Ptarmigan
•Vurhonga-Helmeted Guineafowl
•Parque-Eared Dove
•Yukon-Spruce Grouse and Winter Willow Ptarmigan
•Cuatro-Collard Dove
•SRP-Greater Prairie Chicken
•Te-Ring-Necked Pheasant
•Mourning Dove For Rancho And Mississippi
•NEM-Ruffled Grouse
•EC-Pheasant Coucal

There’s a lot of small doves that could go on parque and cuatro more doves and Pigeons for parque could be as follows West Peruvian Dove, Picazuro Dove,Spot-Winged Pigeon and for cuatro there’s Wood pigeons,Red-Legged Partridge,Common Quail

Yukon needs willow ptarmigan, it's the Alaska state bird. And also sharp tailed grouse/ruffed grouse

I think they would be added alongside spruce grouse,I’d love to hear that famous call on Yukon.
