Are there any plans to allow renaming of bloodhounds, at least on Console? Even if it's a charge of in game currency? My kid accidentally named her dog "Name Your Dog Here" because she hit buttons too quick, and she was a bit disappointed when she couldn't rename the dog. I looked it up online and LOTS of people have the same issue. It'd be awesome if you could rename the bloodhound.

My dog had a different name before we adopted him and still he manages to answer when i call him dog, so a dog can easily be renamed

Just an update. I was able to name MY dog, and I'm logged into my APEX account. My daughter doesn't have an account and only plays offline on her Playstation profile. She CANNOT rename her dog. The option is there to rename the dog, but when she tries, the keyboard doesn't pop up. I'm chalking it up to a bug because she doesn't have an account login of some sort. 🤷♂️ She was bummed, but still likes playing the game.

I would file a bug report on that. It shouldn't matter. A girl should have a good name for her dog.
Alternatively, she can get a 2nd dog and be more careful.
